Remove Media Background not working

    I have uploaded a jpg product image with a slight white background that I want to remove. I click on remove media background and all get is a white image. I have tried several jpg images and all have the same result.

    I am using Elementor, Woocommerce & WP Clever. Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you for your message! I’m sorry to hear about this issue 🙁

    Could you please attach an example image here so we can run some tests with it as well?

    Alternatively, I would recommend the AI Background Removal feature in ShortPixel Image Optimizer as it is more advanced and refined that the one in EMR, so it should work perfectly fine in such cases!
