Remove metadata text from blog posts when sharing

Hi,

I am trying to share some of my blog posts on facebook. When i copy the URL into the post box facebook automatically creates a preview of the link. In the text it contains the following “take a look at the best free wordpress themes 2017 here”. I would like to remove this text as it doesn’t look very professional when trying to share things on facebook. I have looked all over my site for where it is picking this text up from and i can’t find it. If anyone knows how to remove this text from facebook sharing then that would be amazing.
