Hi there, @tedyxavier16,
Do you need ALL your images to be removed from our CDN cache, or just some of them?
To remove the entire CDN cache data, you can clear your browser cache and site cache. If you are using a caching plugin, make sure to purge the cache. Additionally, you can temporarily disable the Site Accelerator CDN feature in Jetpack settings to ensure the CDN is not serving cached data.
In case you need to remove only some images, you can share the specific URLs, and we’ll do it for you.
Hope that helps!
Where i can see that settings?
Hi there, @tedyxavier16,
If you want to toggle off our CDN completely (which will eventually exhaust the cache’s i2.wp.com data) you need to:
- Head to your site dashboard, then go to Jetpack → Settings → Performance.
- In the Performance & speed section, toggle on Enable Site Accelerator.
If you have specific URLs you want to delete the cache for, please share the URLs in your next comment.
Hi there, @tedyxavier16,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
