Remove my Jetpack account

    I no longer use WordPress and need to cancel my Jetpack account so that I am no longer charged for its services. What do I do? I no longer have a wordpress account.

    Hi @debtrotter

    Thanks for reaching out! I took a look using the email address you provided ([email protected]), but I wasn’t able to locate any active Jetpack subscriptions under that account.

    It’s possible that the subscription could be under a different email address or linked to a different site. If you remember which website the plan was connected to, or if there’s another email you might have used, I’d be happy to check again.
