    Hello,

we used the MyParcel plugin a couple of years ago but have not for many years. Now I notice that one of our check-out plugins loads an extra CSS file because it detects the MyParcel plugin.

This is quite strange as it should have been gone a long time ago, but I suspect some things are lingering around in the database. Is there a way to find where these old files/database entries are and remove them?

    Thank you

    Hello @sanderrrrr

Unfortunately, we do not provide removing files in databases as a service. You could search for the files with a query within your tables and search for left-over scrap files from MyParcel.

Hello, that is understandable. The question is why there are still leftover entries in the first place, as we decided to uninstall and remove the plugin.

Would you be able to refer us to the the table_name or potential table_entries so we can search for them and clean?
