Remove Optimizer Logo on the Static Slide

Hello!

Just one to say that I LOVE the theme and want to thank you guys!

So my issue is that I’m having a hard time removing the optimizer logo on the static slide. Can’t seem to find where to remove it in customization.

growmowithjoe.com is my site and its the logo right above the word “COMMIT.”

Hi Joe

Go to Appearance > Customize >Frontpage > Slider and click the “Edit Content” button to edit the slider content. (it’s white on white, that’s why you are having difficulty)

alexcooks.co.uk Also it won’t allow me to enter any text anywhere on the site at the moment (I have disabled all plugins to see if that fixes it).

@layerthemes Do you have any update on how to remove the optimiser logo etc from the header? And I can only write in white on white when drafting an post which is possible but very difficult. Would really appreciate some help. Thanks

Hi,

Unfortunately that isn’t working… I try to select text and no text appears (I know it is white on white). Also on that screen, when I click save it doesn’t seem to register.

Alex,

Are you trying to edit the content in “Text” mode? If so, try editing the content in visual mode and then click the update button.

Afraid it still isn’t working. There is no content there for me to remove and the save and close button has no effect. Really frustrating…

I would like to know how to just get the stinkin’ slider on my home page! I tried adding it and it wouldn’t work. I tried uploading a photo and nothing. I don’t know what I could be doing wrong…. Also, is there a way to add a whole gallery on the home page? That would make this theme PERFECT!

I even just added the default image back and it’s not showing up! I’m so confused. Also, I just remembered I can do a gallery/slideshow but have to upgrade, so just ignore that question 🙂
