remove or autocomplete title field

    Is it possible to delete, autocomplete or remove the required attribute to the title field of a new ticket?

    Hi:

    The title field and the contents field are two key fields for Awesome Support. You need to have something in the title field otherwise your ticket list will just show blanks.

    You can do a simple customization that would pre-fill the field with a default which should work around the “required” attribute of the field.

    There is no autocomplete – not sure what it would autocomplete to since we have no idea what the user would want to type in there. But if you install our FAQ add-on you can show a list of FAQs using keyword matches.
