Remove (or change) theme function in one language

I have a Swedish website (http://www.sofieform.se) with the theme Filtered, and I’m using Polylang to make it available in English as well as in Swedish.
However, one line of text (The “Home Message” on the homepage) doesn’t seem to be able to translate. This string of text is entered in the Theme Options on my WordPress panel.
On the Swedish site it’s correct: “Klicka här för att gå till webbutiken”. However, the same line is displayed on the English site. I would like to:
A. Translate the line or display another version of teh line on my English version of the site
or, if that’s not possible
B. Remove the line completely from my english version of the site.
Is this possible?
