Remove or CPT

Pods is a really great plugin! Thanks for keeping it free!

I have 9 customs post types.

I try to rename one of them, and it still appear with the same name on the menu left, then I try to delete it and create new one, but it only shows on the menu left and the new one I created is not showing on the menu left.

How to remove the custom post types I delete from the menu and see the other I created ?
