There is no special mobile menu, it just uses the same main menu.
So there is no build in way to do this but it would be possible to hide some menu items with custom CSS code.
Although that would officially be out of scope for our support, if you share a link to your site and let me know what menu options you want to hide on mobile I can take a quick look at it for you.

I have some custom links in my main menu. They have no href attribute. They are just an anchor tag with text in it. Clicking such a custom link in mobile modus leads to a 404 error.
Without a link to my site this is a bit harder for me to look into but I recommend trying to set a # as link instead of nothing.
