Remove plugin update check from init

Hello,
I observed that plugin update check is triggered on init or likebtn_init which cause a slowdown if you have other EDD license plugins it sends a request for each plugins API on every init as it calls _maybe_update_plugins() function on init.

please consider adding a filter or moving update check to someplace else.
