For this, you need to do customizations in your Job Board. You can remove the job posted date from the following template by using SJB templating feature:
    simple-job-board/templates/single-jobpost/job-meta/job-posted-date.php

Please visit the plugin page and see the CONFIGURATIONS & TEMPLATING section.

Thank you for the quick response, i have found the .php file in my templates but if i remove this file i then get 2 warning messages display on the page, rather than deleting the .php file is there not additonal code i can put into the .php for it to just not display on the page?

Please don’t remove .php file rather than remove the code from the file. Also, avoid direct changing the plugin core files. Use the SJB templating features as mentioned above.
