Remove Posted Date from Website

Hey guys, i would really appreciate your support. Im really new to WP and Webdesign in general and I was wondering if you could help me?

I am using the WP-Theme Sydney and I figuered out how to get rid off the sidebar of a non-front page. Now I would like to get rid off the “Posted on ….” and the Sub-Page title.

I will link you the page. The stuff that i want removed is:
