Are you using a theme or plugin created by a company with a similar name? Can you post a link to your site, instead of just a screenshot?
Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme not supported in these forums. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme. That link to the http://www.wptutor.io/ might have appeared after a theme or plugin update.
I don’t think is theme, we have not updated the theme
dev of theme says “is not him” so must me a plug .. is there another plug that will search for this ?

I have deactivated nearly all 3rd party plugins and the issue still persists.
I cant deactivate any plugins as we are live + bosses wont approve it, i’m hoping someone know where this hidden code is and how they removed it.
no matter what i do, keeps coming back.
Mod: please remove [Resolved] which never was and was quick close ticket based on theme and is clear is not
question on the other apps are still activated? what are those apps, maybe we have one are the same and i bet that will be the app adding that code

It’s W3 Total Cache that was causing this for me btw. Be careful when disabling it though – it crashed my whole site!
