Remove "…read more"?

Hello,

Is there a way to remove the “…read more”?

I’m using the Suffusion theme and what is happening is when somene clicks on the title of the excerpt, on my main page, it open a lightbox to the original source.

Then I have a setting in suffusion which give me a (…) under each excerpt. When THIS is clicked it open a new page on my site, showing a longer excerpt.

Under this long excerpt I am now seeing, essentially, 3 “read mores”, each is clickable…it looks like this:

Both “read mores” and the “source” are clickable and result in the same lightbox being open.

Any suggestions would be great!
