Remove read more button from one post only

    Hi there
    I really love this plugin, thanks for all your hard work.
    I am displaying 3 posts on the home page, 2 require a read more link and one doesn’t.
    Is it possible to hide the read more link if the full post is displayed please?
    Or is there a nifty bit of code I can add just to this one post?
