Remove Read More, instead Show all

We want the search page results tiles to show the entire description (post_content) of the item. Furthermore, we want to remove the “Read more”. I thought I found guidance with this tutorial here: https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/327-gd-archive-item-change-the-length-of-the-text-shown-with-gd-loop-and-gd-listings
However, I don’t know where to place the shortcode to make this work.
