    Hi,

    Please try to use the following custom CSS in order to remove the registration tab.

    .stm-lms-modal-login .modal-body .nav li:nth-child(2) {
    display: none !important;
    }

    .stm-lms-wrapper__login #stm-lms-register {
    display: none;
    }

    If that will not help, please send us you website link.
