    Hello every one! Awsone plugin! i have a question: What I need is that after the client has published a ticket, that the client may not comment on it again. I need only the agent to be able to continue adding responses to the ticket. How could I do this?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict customers to add replies to the ticket.

    Hello Nikhil G dont worry i already did it, it is possible 🙂

    I just let the agent to comment the ticket, the client can just see the replies of the agent.

    This is an excelent plugin really love it.

    Is there a link where we can donate as free version user?

    I really recommend this plugin!
