Do you want to remove full review form or just only rating fields? You can do it from settings Classified Listing -> Settings -> Moderation

Rating field is Pro feature.
Okay no problem, but do I need the Pro version to disable the evaluation field ?
Rating/Evaluation fields also comes from pro version. Don’t need pro version to disable review form.
