remove scrollbar from content area?

On our website, if you click first title area and scroll down through content of that title, there is a horizontal scroll bar on content.

I found a ‘overflow: auto” class on the content container, and when this is unchecked in google chrome inspect, the scroll bar goes away. But I’m concerned about just overriding this css without knowing what’s causing this issue.

Any ideas on what might be causing this scroll bar to occur and any suggestions for getting rid of it? Thank you for any suggestions.
