Remove search dropdown menu with a default

Hi, I tried to follow your plugin instructions on /other_notes

Under [pdb_list search=”true” filter=”id=0″], is it possible to remove that dropdown menu and set default to first_name search? Or alternative, having the default as First name rather than “(show all)”?
