Remove second/extra nav bar

Apologize for the late response here. Looks like you’ve moved on to Genesis, but for future reference, we have a fallback function that will add all pages to the primary navigation area.

You would want to create a child theme in this case, and modify the header template to remove the primary nav function if the navigation is not active.
