Please navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section and add the following snippet:

The shadow is gone but the slide show isn’t transitioning or anything.
How do I fix that?

The slideshow isn’t moving or doesn’t have arrows to allow the viewer to move it on their own.

The free theme does not have functionality for autoplay its a pro feature, regarding the arrows they are visible on our end, please check the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/r3oQsT
Please clear the cached data of the website and browser and check again.
