Remove side padding in call to action

What is the css for removing all of the padding & white space from the call to action widget?

I was able to reduce the padding a little with .col-md-12 but there’s still padding. I want to be able to load an image in the call to action widget area and have it cover the full width of the page (and yes, it’s wide enough – I tried the same image as for the banner)
