Remove sidebar form Post

is this a custom post type?

if so, try to create a single-custom.php from a copy of single.php (or index.php) and remove the sidebar there.

hello, can you help me as well, I have the theme news, I created a new page template and called it no sidebar, I removed the line get side bar and nothing happened, I then tried removing another line but that did not work and thee page got a little screwy. I see you managed to do it :). I actually would like to center the whole thing and just widen it, can someone help?
