Remove slashes when simple quotes used

    Hello,

    Thanks for your plugin which works great.

    We are currently experiencing a problem with the use of single quotes.

    In French, we use a lot of single quotes (this one ” ‘ “). When displayed, the quote are escaped with a backslash. When editing, quotes AND backslashes are escaped, creating 3 backslashes.

    Would it be possible to make a change to correct this display?

    Just to confirm, this is happening when you try to insert something like “Caisse d’allocations familiales” or “Zone d’aménagement concertée” in the full text field? I should be able to publish a fixed version in the next couple of days.

    Yes, this is happening when i try to insert something like this.

    But be careful, the quotes I use are not the same as in your example. I use this quote:

    • Caisse d’allocations familiales

    It the “Neutral single quotes” on the wikipedia page, but maybe the problem exists with the “Single typographic quotes” too :
