Can you deactivate or delete it? If not via the Dashboard, you should be able to delete it using FTP or Cpanel access to your plugins folder.

Hmm, maybe they’re from someplace else – try deactivating all plugins and see if they disappear. If not, see if changing themes (temporarily) gets rid of them.
Tried that. Nothing. Still there 🙁 this is so frustrating!
Trying a new theme removes them but loses everything else!
In that case, sounds like they are part of the theme?

Possibly. But that doesn’t help me. I do not know how to remove it. I didn’t update the Vantage theme though?
Just looked more closely at your site – looks like you are using a different “vantage” theme – not the one from the repository on this site.
Since it looks like this is a theme issue, and we don’t have access to commercial themes, I’d suggest you check with the developers of your theme.
