Remove Stripe processing fee from checkout

    Last year, i set up a site and configured it to collect the Stripe fee during the checkout process. My customer now wants to change the price and remove the collection of the Stripe fee from the checkout process. I’ve tried setting “Display Stripe Fee” off in the Advanced Settings of the plugin, however WooCommmerce is still calculating and attempting to collect that fee during checkout. Can someone please point me to the documentation where i can turn this feature off?

    Hi @jlanpheer

    This plugin doesn’t have an option where you can configure a fee to be charged to the customer. The Display Stripe Fee pertains to the display of the processing fee that Stripe charges the merchant.

    You are using a 3rd party plugin or have custom code that’s adding a fee to the customer’s cart based on the selected payment method.

    OK, thanks for the info. You were/are correct, i created some custom code in a code snippet back awhile ago, I was confused when i didn’t find it in the child theme functions.php file.
