remove text from basket

You could use the filter ‘mt_cart_datetime’ and return an empty string. That should hide the date.

Since all this filter needs to do is return an empty string, it’s relatively simple:

add_filter( 'mt_cart_datetime', 'my_custom_datetime', 10, 1 );
function my_custom_datetime( $original ) {
    return '';
}
