This icon only shows when you are logged in. It doesn’t show otherwise. It’s just a hand button for quickly getting to the ‘Edit Slideshow’ page. 🙂
Your normal users will not see it.
Why not set a class to the “a href” so I can easily disable it via css. Or have the option in settings to show it or not.
My clients will see it and wonder what it is..

Well why not tell them what it is 🙂 Again, it is a shortcut to the ‘Edit Slideshow’ screen, and can only been seen by admins that are logged in.
It can be disabled completely by adding the following to your themes functions.php file.
add_filter( 'easingsliderlite_edit_slideshow_icon', '__return_false' );
