Generally, you can hide that text using CSS “display: none;” but any changes to the default theme should be made in a Child Theme or using a Custom CSS plugin such as JetPack.

How may I remove the link line to the comment window (“Leave a reply” when they are not replies and “X Replies” when they are replies)?
The comments remain allowed.
