Remove the stock_level parameter

Hi,

I’d like to hide the stock_level variable inside the dataLayer. Showing this in the dataLayer makes an open invite for scrapers to scrape the stock levels and potential revenue of a website.

I can’t figure out how to remove it from the dataLayer. Is there a general setting where I can remove this? Or perhaps there’s a way to do this with functions? I’m not to familiar with the code, but I’m happy to try.

Please let me know of this is possible.
