Yes. Go to Suffusion Theme Options -> Blog Features -> Top Navigation Bar Setup. Set the very first option (“Set up the Top Navigation Bar”) to be hidden.
By Default “hidden” is selected. I saved it agian.
But still it comes.

Just as I suspected – there is a slight glitch in the terminology. You are trying to change the settings for “Top Navigation Bar”, while you really should be changing the settings for the “Main Navigation Bar”. See the theme’s home page for a distinction.
