Remove Twitter Account

What’s the best way to go about removing a Twitter account? I entered an incorrect account during setup (didn’t pay close enough attention during app creation, used a personal account for a client setup).

It’s currently set up with the correct account, and everything is working properly…just want to remove the incorrect/personal account so it cannot be associated with this client’s site.
