remove unused javascript

On most of my webpages, I see two files come up every time in the advice from lighthouse:

https://z3q6y2h8.rocketcdn.me/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0However, I see in the developer console, that when the page loads, it does use some of this code. Can this be solved with this plugin? and does this plugin work well with WP Rocket?
