When using our new message relay server, which is enabled by default to ensure high speed message delivery, this notice will show at the bottom of the chat.
This is due to the fact that this solution makes use of our WP Live Chat Servers as a service provider.
You can of course disable the high speed message relay server and allow your own server to handle the entire system and chats.
This can be done by clicking on Live Chat -> Settings -> Advanced Features -> And disabling the ‘Use our servers’ option.
This will then also remove this message which is generated by our servers for basic users.
