• LATEST REVIEW:
Among the usual caching plugins, this is by far the easiest and the best. WP Total Cache and WP Super Cache need way too much tinkering. Without a single beneficial thing (the minifying etc that Total Cache offers is easily available optionally in other plugins). The author of Hyper Cache is responsive, which is much appreciated. Thank you for this super solution!

    OLD REVIEW:
Decent enough plugin. Now there are plenty of others like WP-FFPC etc that do a stellar job. No need for this. Especially when in v 3.0.0 the very useful feature of browser caching has been removed, and the plugin doesn’t work with “Hyper Cache Clear Link” (which was very handy to clear cache easily).

  • Hi morespinach, that feature has being added to version 3.0.2. Perhaps you can change your reviews here.

    Thank you

It’s rather odd to place 1 star to a “decent enough plugin”. About Hyper Cache Clear Link, that plugin is not mine, it’s not updated (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/hyper-cache-clear-link/ – see the note on top of its page) and its authors probably didn’t contact me to make me aware of that possible compatibility problem.

And if they did, two years are too many to keep track of every other work.

If there are plenty of caching plugin (and it’s true) I don’t understand where was the problem for an option wrongly removed from the newer (and better version). As did by another user, just a note about it and it has been reintroduced. For free.

When a person evaluate a plugin is not only for himself is even for others who possibly will use it. Assigning 1 start is ok, but should be motivated.

    Bye, Stefano.

Hi @morespinach that feature has now be added again. Why don’t you give it a try and see if it works for you. Also the plugin you mentioned “Hyper Cache Clear Link” is very old and has not being updated for over 2 years. It is a very unsafe plugin to be using.

    Kind regards

Yes, I love it. All my WP installs now have Hypercache again, except where I need in-memory caching. Thanks to the author!

That is great to hear @morespinach 🙂 I am also happy to see that you have changed your review to 5 stars. I am sure @stefano Lissa will be very happy.

Enjoy the plugin and remember if you ever have a problem there is always someone here to help you.

    Kind regards
