Bugs can happen. Nobody is perfect.
But no support in this critical moment is a disaster. The plugin handles private data of customers!
it’s been 10 months since last update and 10 months since last comment in this support forum.
so, customers who paid for the plugin in the last 10 months probably paid for nothing or for a ticking time bomb..
Btw: no reaction on emails and phone…
