That’s not how you get a moderator’s attention. That user has never been a moderator. This is how you do that. I just happened to be looking at topics.

That review was archived and will remain archived because the user was using the reviews for support.

There is nothing to prevent the user from leaving a new review but too many people use the reviews to extort support. That is discouraged and that’s why those reviews get archived when found.
NOTE TO ANYONE ELSE: No, that’s not an invitation to point to years old reviews. But extortion is an ugly word and “support reviews” have been abused in the past.

The topic was a valid question for which I did a two hours research in order to give a proper answer. I would’ve put the same effort also if it came as a topic in the support section of the forum.
I appreciate the guidelines that protect the plugin developers from support extortion, but in this particular case all you’ve managed to do was to nullify my two hours work for a very useful question. Could you please unarchive the topic or, if you feel that I didn’t deserve the 5-star review, at least unarchive it and move it in the support section of the forum.
