Removing Archives?

    Hey guys,

    I love using wordpress as a CMS backend to my websites. The only problem is that it creates archives of posts which in reality aren’t posts rather web pages on my websites.

    Now is there anyway to get rid of these archives? I would love not to be able to visit /2008/01/ or categories and view parts of my website.
