Well can you tell me how can I fix this issue? The plugin is not removing the code for wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css.
Absolutely, I will try to help you troubleshoot the issue and hopefully resolve. Please understand that normally the plugin does remove the Gutenberg asset from the front-end:
/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css
In order for that to happen, the plugin setting must be unchecked (disabled):
Enable Frontend
So that would be the first thing to check, make sure “Enable Frontend” is not checked/enabled.

It’s disabled in the settings. I’ve attached a screenshot here.
Okay then the next step is to check your theme. Temporarily switch to one of the default WP themes and then check if the issue is resolved.

I’m still facing the same issue.
Okay we’ll continue where we left off.. the next step is to check your theme. Temporarily switch to one of the default WP themes and then check if the issue is resolved. Let me know the results, or if any questions etc.
