Removing Bullets from Testimonial Widget

Hello, I see other posts on here about it but I cant seem to be able to remove the bullet from my theme on the sidebar of the widget. It’s basically showing up right behind the big quotation mark on the top left corner. I see many different answers on here that have all lead to no solution. Can someone help me?
