Are we allowed to remove the copyright in the footer at the MH Magazine lite Theme?

I know the site: http://www.mhthemes.com/support/remove-copyright-from-footer/ already and know how to remove it but is it even legal? xD.

regardless of this: i have set a follow backlink to this theme already in an article 🙂

Hi Felln,

yes, you are allowed to change/remove the notice in the footer, but you should keep the copyright notices within the theme files (e.g. style.css and readme.txt) intact.
