Removing countries from block list

It appears that removing countries from the block list via the “Pick from list” option is broken. If one has countries in the block list, clicks the “Pick from list” option, and then clicks the “Unblock All” option an error is reported and none of the countries are removed. Apparently, the only way to remove all countries from the block list is manually one-by-one by clicking the “x” next to each listed country.
