Removing Header Categories from Menu

    Hi all,

    I am having issues with my header menu. It seems that the categories I create go into the header menu. Even when I delete the menu from Appearance > Menus the problem still persists. I have looked everywhere for this setting. Is there a way to do this without downloading a plugin or can someone recommend a plugin?

    Ok I solved it.

    In Appearance > Menus you need to select the theme locations and add your respective menus 🙂
