Removing ID column, adding custom fieldsÉ

Hi there,

Im using the directory to display all Subscribers. There doesnt seem to be an option to remove the WP ID column – am I missing it? I’d also like to add a few custom fields like “company name” or “best time to reach me” – are we able to make such fields, and are users able to edit them on their end?
