I checked again and I didn’t see products list in the page you initially shared. Please share the address to your products page.
Also, please check from your plugins list under Dashboard > Plugins and confirm whether the infinite scroll is enabled from there. If you don’t know of each, you can try diabling all plugins (except WooCommerce) at once. If you get the infinite scrolling goes away, then re-enable them one by one, run your test in between until you get the plugin.
