    Hi. I tried the first step in the guide link which is “try opening in new browser” but the problem still continues. T did not try other ways as I am not a technical person and found it difficult to do that. Is there any other easier way?

    Also is it possible to have the related posts horizontally instead of vertically?

    I’m pretty sure this is caused by a JavaScript error that is caused by another plugin or theme. The only way I can fix this is to give you on-site support, meaning actually logging in to your website to fix this. Unfortunately I can’t give on-site support to non premium users.
