Hi, first of all, great plug-in, its a game changer comparing to other Woo solutions for building product catalogs at Google and FB/IG.

I was trying to use a “Find and Replace” rule to remove some words that a don’t want to end up on a field, in my case, the “Product Title”. I did some testing and found out that if o lave the replace field empty than the rule is ignored, i just wanted to confirm this. Thanks.

What im doing is the following:

Field Mapping: “Field 1” -> “Product Title”
Rule: If “Field 1” contains ‘Word’ then “Field 1″ = ”

I cant get it to work with
Rule: If “Field 1” contains ‘Word’ then “Field 1” = ‘Some other Word’

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Indeed. when you leave the replace field empty than the rule is ignored. If you want it to be replaced by “nothing” than it is best you put in a white space so the word is being replaced with a space.

    Hope this helps?
